Privacy Policy

1. What information we collect
Files (photos, PDFs, signatures):Never uploaded. All resizing, compression, OCR, background removal, and PDF processing happens entirely on your device using browser APIs (Canvas, WebAssembly). You can verify this in your browser's Network tab — there are no upload requests.
Usage analytics: If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics to count page views in aggregate. This tells us which tools are popular but does not identify you. You can opt out with any browser extension that blocks analytics.
Server logs: Cloudflare (our host) logs the IP and timestamp of every request for security and abuse prevention. These are retained for 7 days then deleted.
2. What we do not collect
- Your photo, signature, PDF, or any other uploaded file
- Your name, email, phone number — no account required
- Your physical or postal address
- Your browsing history outside this site
- Your device contacts, location, or microphone
3. Cookies
We use a single cookie or localStorage entry to remember your language preference (English or Hindi). That's it — no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party cookies in the default tools.
If we add advertising via Google AdSense in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent banner where required by law.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection
- Plausible / Google Analytics — aggregate page-view counting (optional)
5. Children's privacy
The site is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children — see section 2.
6. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date. By continuing to use Free Digital Tools , you accept any updated terms.
